Get The Pink Slip To All Of The Blacklist Members Up To #9
At the "pick a marker" menu, get the 1st one then the middle one, then the middle one again, and then the last one. Then the middle one then the first one. (Repeat the cyle at the the first marker) Note: This is for the mystery markers.

Straight Driving
Engaging nitrous oxide shifts the weight of the car and in layman's terms, your car will attempt to straighten out. Combined with speedbreaker, it is possible to take on almost any turn without an appreciable loss of speed.

Easy Bounty
Get some cops to chase you, then go to the bus stop. Get on top of the buses and make sure that the front of the car is at the edge of the last bus so that the cops can see you and do not lose you. Keep looking behind you, because the cops will sometimes find a way on top of the buses. When they do get on the buses, just reverse as soon as you see them coming and push them off. Only one cop car will come on top of the bus. Do this for as long as desired. When you want to lose them, just reverse, park in the middle of the buses, and wait until your Cool Down bar fills. The cops will also drive crazy and crash into themselves, giving you extra bounty and bring up your rap sheet rankings on police vehicles immobilized and police vehicles involved.

Fast Parts
When you begin the game use the names "Razor or Baron." You will recieve access to parts that you wouldn't normally get until you defeat one or more blacklist people.

Get Away Spot
When the cops are hot on your tail and you can't seem to shake them, you can go to the bus depot, drive up the ramp, turn onto the bridge, and stop. As long as you stay in the middle of the bridge the cops can't touch you. You may have to move around a little to find just the right spot so that they can't see you but you'll be safe there and eventually you'll successfully evade the cops.

How To Get 99.9%
After you beat Razor and finish the pursuit, go to your safe house and do the challenge series to get 99.9%.
