Return To Life
You enter the black and white death sequence when your health bar is reduced to zero. You have only a few seconds of life left before you collapse to the ground, but there's a sneaky way to evade your impending demise. You return to life if you manage to score four consecutive headshots on four different enemies during the death sequence. Your health bar is replenished by only a small margin when you return to life like this, so quickly move out of harm's way.

Ghost In Room 109
On the level traditions of trade on the east wing of the first floor in room 109 there is a ghost and in the dark hallway. While wearing a police uniform walk into the bathroom of 109 and you will see the bathtub filled with blood. Walk over the mirror and face the mirror with the bathtub behind you. Wait a couple of seconds the blue figure (the head and part of the shoulders) will show up and hover over the tub...Kind of creepy. Its also sometimes walking in the dark hallway where you find the police uniform.
